Conditions for returns and exchanges

  • Submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unopened and unused. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept grooming products that have been opened.
  • Keep your invoice. We need it to process any return or exchange.

Refunds

If your return meets the conditions above and passes our inspection, we'll issue a full refund.

  • We'll notify you once the refund has been processed.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or easypaisa/JazzCash — we'll confirm the details with you.
  • Refunds take 2 to 3 business days to process once approved.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong product, that's on us. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. We'll verify it and guide you through the next steps.

  • Replacements for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items ship at no extra cost.
